SUVs, luxury models and larger vehicles cost more, and rates climb in peak season (December to April) and for last-minute bookings. - No. Every cost is shown when you book and repeated in your confirmation email. On top of that, the No Extra Charges© guarantee protects you: if the counter bills something that wasn't on your confirmation and wasn't an add-on you accepted, we work to remove or reimburse it. The only things outside it are optional add-ons you choose (GPS, child seats, prepaid fuel) and usage-based charges (tolls, fuel shortfall, fines).
- At large airports the brands usually share a rental car centre, reached by a free shuttle from the Ground Transportation area just outside baggage claim; at smaller ones the counter sits in the terminal itself. Your confirmation always says which one applies. Where there is a shuttle, plan around 15–20 minutes from baggage claim under normal conditions, more during peak periods. Counters are generally open through the day, with some brands limited late at night.

The fee appears on the rate details page under charges due at destination and in your confirmation, so you'll always see it before pickup.
- Brands generally hold your reservation for up to 24 hours from the original pickup time, so a normal delay needs no action — just arrive within the counter's hours.
