• After landing, clear U.S. immigration and customs (Terminal 3 is the primary international arrivals terminal). Collect your checked bags before exiting the secure area.
• Follow Ground Transportation or Rental Car Shuttle signs. From Terminal 1, exit to Level 1 at doors 10 to 11. From Terminal 3, exit to Level 0 where shuttle stops are at both ends.
• Board the free rental car shuttle, which runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The ride to the Rent-A-Car Center takes approximately 6 to 8 minutes.
• At the Rent-A-Car Center, go to your brand's counter in the shared hall. Major brands including Avis, Budget, Enterprise, and Hertz are all located in this facility.
• Present your driver's license, credit card, and reservation confirmation to complete the rental, then inspect the vehicle in the adjacent garage.

Allow 20 to 40 minutes from baggage claim to keys. If arriving on an international flight, add 30 to 90 minutes for immigration and customs queues, for a realistic total of 1 to 2.5 hours from landing to driving away from Las Vegas Airport.

To collect your rental car at Las Vegas Airport, you must present the following physical documents at the Rent-A-Car Center counter:
